Implementasi Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Aplikasi Digides (Digital Desa) di Desa Gunung Sari Kabupaten Kolaka

Abstract

The advancement of technology has transformed various sectors, including public services in rural areas through the Digital Village (DIGIDES) application. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the DIGIDES application in Gunung Sari Village, Kolaka Regency. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document studies. The results indicate that the implementation of DIGIDES is not yet optimal, with key challenges including limited budget, irregular training, and internet connectivity issues. Although a supportive legal framework exists, improvements in infrastructure and budget allocation are necessary for the application to function effectively and enhance public services in the village.
